Subject: Copy-edit git-buildpackage documentations

in hopes of improving readability.  Changes include:

* Correct spelling
* Correct usage of "its" vs "it's"
* Add commas where appropriate, e.g. where a subordinate clause
  is at the beginning of a sentence
* Add tags like <option>, <literal>, <filename> where appropriate
* Add &nbsp; for gbp subcommands to avoid them from being split
  across two lines
* Fix layout of --meta-closes-bugnum= in manpages/gbp-dch.sgml
